For this particular pizza you will need a large frying pan and your pizza kit. The pizza kit contains a small bag of flour, Nutella chocolate sauce, two dough balls and a bag of mini marshmallows.
Once you have all the ingredients out, start by getting the bag of flour and sprinkling it out on a clean surface. The reason to do this is so the dough doesn’t stick to the surface you are using. After that take the dough out of the bag and press down in the middle in circular motions. Lightly stretch the dough between your fingers, try to avoid touching the edges of the dough as this will produce a better crust. It should then start to look like a pizza base! If you do have difficulties stretching the dough you can always use a rolling pin.
You can measure the frying pan against the dough as a guide. You do NOT need any oil, just a sprinkle of flour to stop it from sticking. When you have got it into the shape you want, place it in the frying pan. Next put some holes into the base using a knife, but not where you would like the crust. Turn the hob on to a medium to high heat. Leave the dough to cook for a few minutes. While the base is cooking, preheat your grill to a high heat. Keep the frying pan on the hob and keep checking the base for browning. It ideally needs to be a golden brown colour.
Once the base is cooked, place the pan under the grill. Leave it under the grill for about 2 minutes or until the crust has browned slightly. Be careful the pan will be hot. Remove from the grill and then cover the pizza in the Nutella chocolate sauce and sprinkle over the mini marshmallows. Place back under the grill to melt/brown the mini marshmallows for around 30-60 seconds
Once the pizza is cooked, remove it from the frying pan with a spatula. Cut it up on a board or plate and dig in! Watch out, it will be very hot!
