For this pizza method the very first thing to do is get a baking tray ready and preheat the oven to the highest setting. Once you have done that, sprinkle the surface you are using with flour to stop the dough from sticking. Take a dough ball out of the bag and press down in the middle in circular motions. Lightly stretch the dough between your fingers, try to avoid touching the edges of the dough as this will produce a better crust. It should then start to look like a pizza base! If you do have difficulties stretching the dough you can always use a rolling pin.
You can use the baking tray as a size guide if needed. When you have it in the shape you want, sprinkle a small amount of flour on the baking tray to stop the dough from sticking and place the dough on the tray. Take the sauce and cover the middle of the dough with it, then add the cheese and any other toppings.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for around 7-8 minutes. Be careful, the oven will be very hot!
Once the pizza is cooked, you will know this because the cheese will be bubbling and the crust should be light brown. Cut it up on a board or plate and digg in! Watch out, it will be very hot!
